I am a senior Data Architect and Technical Consultant with three decades of experience delivering complex data solutions across public sector, healthcare, and enterprise environments. My work spans architecture, migration, BI, governance, cloud engineering — and increasingly, mentoring teams to build these capabilities themselves.
Fluent in English and Romanian, with working proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian. NPPV3 security cleared.
